Jose Bahri

Jose Bahri is a Business Analyst at National Disability Alliance, where he applies his expertise in digital transformation and systems design to make the Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) application process more efficient, accessible, and client-focused. With over a decade of experience in analytics, platform implementation, and process optimization, he ensures that technology directly supports advocacy efforts and delivers better service to clients.

Jose’s career includes roles in financial services and technology, where he guided platform rollouts, developed data-driven solutions, and improved service delivery. At Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, he was instrumental in launching enterprise platforms, including the deployment of Salesforce and a commercial online banking system, as well as implementing AI-driven tools that enhanced client experiences. He now leads product design initiatives, working with cross-functional teams on system launches that streamline operations and boost productivity.

Jose earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, and a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, Metro Campus. He is also a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance. His technical expertise spans SQL, Power BI, Salesforce, Jira, and other business tools, and he leverages this skill set to strengthen advocacy and deliver measurable value to clients navigating the disability benefits process.
